Ok. Understand your concern.

Below are some of the project completed by Zalam as main con and/or developer as I know: -

1. Alam Puri, Jalan Ipoh (condominium)
2. One Sentul, Sentul (condominium)
3. Taman Bullion Mewah, Sentul (Terrance house)
4. Laman Midah, Cheras (Condominium)
5. Sinaran TTDI (commercial highrise)

I bought One Sentul (sold it 1 year after VP) and so far they delivered what they promised.

And it's not Rumour at all for the Block E, we have already know it's 259-260units for the Block E (Astoria). (Note. they have their own Swimming pool, which no access from other block residences as we have mine as well). High density means what? More Residents to share a single lap pool swimming pool/facilities every day n nite.

Summary:

Land 1 (high ground) : Block A&B with approximately 184units
Land 2 (Mid ground) : 16 units Villa
Land 3 (Low ground) : Block C&D with approximately 184units
Land 4 (Low ground) : Central Valley with 3floors clubhouse
Land 5 (Low ground) : Block E with approximately 259units

Not 684units spread evenly for the 5blocks yea.

Please help us to find out each landsize (acre) for the 5 above said Lands. and calculate the density for us. We would love to know as well.

Even if by extra 15units per acre, wont stop us from appreciating the overall concept has been offered by them though.
I like it cuz the overal concept, but not calculative on the little different of density level to compare just with ur fav prop like jadite (and u never compare with other high density proj)
apparently your comments definitely not comprehensive enough for all investor/owners in lowyat forum here.
We appreciated your sharing and concern so far on Cloudtree but we should share more concrete info by including overall klang valley proj/market, without just limit to 1-2 project of your favourite for reference or comparison.
