They must be suspecting you r SA from CT too.
I agreed on your views on the pros and cons too. One of the forumers here did asked me not too obsessed on certain project, must check in details every part. Yea i did and just trying to see if any other alternative projects out there which meet my preference. These Duplicate SA thingy really spoilt the image of CT or even Chester SA though, goreng it til high exposure yet give ppl bad impression and Makes me headache/wonder if i've made the right choice.
Green residence, I did contacted the SA and He just not too interested in entertaining me. I cant make it as he suggest to meet far away and during evening time 6-7PM peakhours. After I've rejected few times, the SA no longer contacting me =.=

haha, no la, i biasa kena shoot oledy by those sale agents/hardcore buyers when i share the bad things for certain projects..but so far nobody suspect me as salea agent..just a pure home stayer and investor...
i think with the long delay for CT launch and no detail on officially launch, really a potong stim for some interested buyers...and with budget announce no more DIBS and high RPGT, sure will scared off some flippers... for sure will affect the launch price especially for condos which seems like too oversupply recently...just take it slowly and look for more opportunity...there will be more n more reasonable price launches in next year especially for condo...
