Ya, love the Verdi long design with all 3 bedrooms window face same view like balcony view.

But I know Verdi price is higher than cloud tree, but now since cloud tree no longer offer discount and dibs, might go to see what package offer by Verdi. I heard Verdi come with partly furnish with built in kitchen cabinet and air cons, not sure still offer the 8% discount and dibs or not

Hi All, been busy lately and back from vacation.
I've signed the S&P yesterday and everything pretty standard and information on building plan, carpark allocation, floorplan are well included in the documents. Those plans are from Archimatrix.

Yeap I was planning to post the photos of The Edge writeup for Cloudtree (interviews of Zalam's directors). Pls give me some times to do so. There are several points in the article convinced and assure me as a buyers of CT. Especially they did mentioned they will beautify the landscaping of main boulevard along the Taman Juara Jaya. And I can see how much efforts they had been dealing with the architect (archimatrix) to utilise the high hill land. 
And they did mentioned the official launch would be on 1st of March. (Mr Low from Chester informed me should be ard 9th March).

Just like others/new comers, I've had the same doubts & worries last time. But thanks to Chester SA for being friendly and responsive to my fussy question over this 8 months waiting period. Lol. So most of my doubts has been answered by them professionally.

The floorplan was shown to us upon booking day, and you can always get the floorplan from the SA. All info are well ready if you always liase with SA. Yes I was wondered why they never include the Floorplan In the brochures but doesn't matter since I have it since last year May. All the plan n spec are the same stated in S&P. Nothing changes. And CARPARK is side by side, and I got 1st floor carpsrk but not so desirable parking lot (I wish behind me was just a wall, not other neighbour car)..Sighs.  Guess the carparks are allocated n confirmed by developer..

Er..MLTA? you are planning to transfer insurance to another prop later? Might as well just top up your own life insurance instead.
