Guys I m going to sign snp tomorrow....i wish mrt line 2 not diverted or else less one plus point for me buying on this project...

Hi...i m an architect...signed snp today...so cannot change mind anymore...

I'm not a Wotp owner, not CT owner neither, but someone who stay in this area. Of course I do interested to buy a property in this area that's why I'm here!

Don't misunderstood guys, whatever we say don't think will affect government decision. We are just sharing opinions and what we know. So chill, not your enemy here.

Here's what I know:
CloudTree area are surrounded by Mahajaya land on that hill, there'll be a condo by Mahajaya coming up near the water tank and also multi storey Buddhist temple in that area too.

I honestly think that CT is a better located than Vina as there are commercial nearby and also accessibility is better. Vina is stocked in between old buildings, no potential future development nearby can increase it's value. Unless the mrt2 does indeed reroute..then Vina will have advantage.

MRT will affect the prop value a lot..most people still skeptical about it's potential as we keep comparing it to our experience with the existing lrt lines which is really a failed transportation.

Most Malaysian think they will still be driving in future but eventually when the mrt is ready government will make it even harder to own a car. Petrol, parking, maintenance, insurance and tax will increase tremendously soon to encourage everyone to take mrt instead.

he is right about mahajaya planning to develop a condo nearby. that information was relayed to me earlier this year by ms jackie, their sales manager. or else go to mahajaya sales office near damai gayana and check out their masterplan

Good, they can emulate Eco***d, with free mooncake with very nice packaging, good mid autumn party. Maintaining customer engagement is essential in current times. Ok lar, not cheap to do this.

Just a buffet dinner tonight and some Moon cakes given.
Basically foods same as launching day, didn't have any as ady dinner before that.

Block Astoria launched officially and opened for booking.

According to one of the director,  we wil have Intercom for all residents connected to the guardhouse. You can view on our own TV of the visitors at guardhouse. Good to know zalam do hear our voices, but intercom is kind of common feature for condo living. It's should be including at the very beginning.

I'm more concern the private access which link directly to Alam damai. The only main boulevard definitely unable to cater the high population if CT, landed n new upcoming condo infront. Too bad the masterplan & zalam never mention anything on this.
