I do agree if you refering current LRT in m'sia look like.
Currently we hv limited line- limited car park at lrt station.

But i see differently after another 10year. When oil price so high, car park so limited and expensive.
I do agree i dont prefer building park and drive.

when completed and connected the MRT / LRT we may not depend on car. I dont believe all will conjested at Bukit Belimbing station - more serve to current community travaler.
Preference they dont built park and drive - definelty will jam and ZAP.

lastly another 20year time we dont hv petrol car/bus but electric car/bus

Juz wish..dont need need take serious

sure..plan to cycle from Sri Petaling to KL to work everyday.

You shld visit their Show Gallery; not mistaken on weekend they provide light refreshment.

can said they provide kitchen cabinet; wardobe; aircon , fridge, washing machine, dish washer.

And you get M'sia movie star staying there also.

U use Seremban highway - before reach the toll you find a turn to Mines.

If you miss.... You can go UPM to turn back to KL.

Once you pass Mines Shopping complex ; you can count the Pedestrian bridge.
When you see the 3rd pedestrian bridge you need to turn left, if you miss you need still can turn but a zig zag way in the factory road back to residential road.

Begining after you turn left on your right is old factory and left is old show. You can see a 7eleven.

You will facing few road bump ; and pot hole due to heavy vehicle damage the road.

Around 5 min driving you can see a BIG CT signboard.

any unit BIG COOK the Ventilation channel to air cell will spread to all the unit yard.

those who dry the clothes..may get their clothes dry and BIG COOK smell.

even 2 pax or more...the kitchen sure be use for cooking. Either we cook maggi, curry, fry rice...

Usualy condo will install the HOOD

then somewhere the COOK smell need to divert smwhere for the HOOD to release.

the nearest to kitchen is the Air CELL sharing in the yard for drying the clothes.

What i want to highlight; ZALAM can built a BIG PIPE in the AIR CELL for the HOOD to connect.

Else every unit HOOD install each unit only to channel to small AIR CELL, then the AIR CELL

will get trap all kind of cooking smell..

Im sharing mine exp..as mine current Condo also facing the issue. When someone cook curry- the HOOD dispence the smell to AIR CELL, then all the unit can smell it thru yard.


You migh well come to see mine condo so sense mine feel.

I believe every CONDO has this flaw. if the AIR CELL didnt hv open space then most the trap air will flow to every yard.

instate each unit channel to AIR CELL, then our yard can receive all kind of cook smell trap inside the AIR CELL

there a Variable Speed Louvered Exhaust Fan.

the fin open the gap for exit ; will close when there not wind flow.

then Air flow only 1 way flow.

i know the level 2-5lvl have bigger size...becoz of the corridor direct from the the parking.

mind to share what Joy SA hv share..to comfirm we are refering.

not smell..but oil stench. the Air Cell is very small...easily trap and escape to each unit yard.

wall also be easily dirty becoz the oil.

I dont mind to show to KVSUAL to see mine current humble condo.

Im agree it can solve the yard from oil and smell from the Air Cell.

The action of cover didnt mean will solve- other concern will impact

like oil trap at the Air Cell wall, then over the year it will very dirty.

Oil easy trap and stick the dirt air become awful looking and hardly remove.

We want the condo be luxury we also need to maintain the exterior of everyting not our own unit.

I tink now is a good brain storm as CT family ...so we can ask ZALAM to provide a best design.
