looking at the diet pre/post workout from the prev post...
doent look tasty eh?

what abt 'sin' food?? even if you get to eat once a week doesnt seem enough tho biggrin.gif
deep fried stuff.. dont want to let go of me fish n chips?? tongue.gif


also refering to some of your diet plan
wat time do you goto the gym??

is my routine to lose weight n get body shape/tone ok??..
or i need to do some adjustment....dont want to be so muscular, just to lose some weight n get body shape/tone....

OMG.. are you serious with your daily meal? everyday!?!?!

firstly, you need to correct your diet. just eating bread+mayo tuna does not make sense or logical? are you starving yourself?
im no expert but.. from a layman POV you need a balance diet & lose 'fat' the healthy way.
first take a look at the food pyramid? there's other things to eat you know? vege, meat, etc etc
