anybody know what's the selling price now? When just launched i bought a unit, 855sq ft for RM580,000. Any idea what's the price now?

Not many units left. Phase 2 wont be launched so soon. Berjaya will launch affordable home first

I notice several comments about the traffic in BJ area.
Is there any upcoming plans to improve the road traffic (e.g.road widening or traffic routing changes) ?

Would be an important consideration for own stay folks.

Why there are plenty of vacant units in the middle part of sales chart?
Is it due to big sized units?

I heard they say , they gonna launch the link2 phase 2 in this coming 4 Quarter . No idea about phase 2 price n rebate as they are changing and changing . They cant decide how much psft to launch. They wanna wait for Paradigm mall OUG and skylux to launch first. But if those prospects all bought paradigm mall oug and skylux. whose gonna buy The link2 phase 2 ?? haha ...quite dumb i guess.

KM2 gonna launch next year 3 quarter .

850psft ( Facing Paradigm Mall OUG)
before rebate.
The rebate tentatively around 7-10% .

Bought mine at 600k+ for 791sqft. Tower b. Not sure how much it worth after completion...
