Thats right. There are few other routes too.

1. Using plus highway via bangi or putra mahkota
2. Lekas- kajang by pass- grand saga-kl

They should also upgrade widen or straighten jalan bangi lama. That road is tiny n full of corners. I havent heard of any plan by uem or govt to do so. That road is gonna be much busier with the presence of so many mega townships in semenyih

The land in between bangi avenue n sh belongs to pnb. Dont know when they r going to develop the land. hmm.gif
The widening from sh to lekas is not gonna happen in the near future i guess. No sign of construction at all so far

I think taking alam sari road is faster. Certain strech of jalan reko is currently being widened. Dont know if the whole strech will be double lane or not. It will normally take 10 to 15 mins from alam sari to kajang ktm.

Theres also some kind of mini flyover which is now under construction connecting jalan reko directly to mrt elevated parking. So i guess it will take less than 15 mins during peak hour to go to mrt station from sh once its completed

Taking ktm from ukm station is another option to go to mrt. Once the frequency gets better, one can reach there in 10 mins including the waiting time.

My camellia, 600k gross price (theres some kind of mini taman in front, so extra 10k) minus 7 percent bumi, 5 percent early bird, rm5000 sign snp within 14 days. So net price is 520-530k. Cant remember the exact amount. Booked on d 1st day of launching

Main reason why i bought a house there because of the alam sari road. Can go to bb.bangi, mrt n ktm. Near to kajang town as well

less than an hour. I used to travel from ukm to kl years ago. it would normally take 40 minutes. if use ktm, can reach kl sentral in 40 minutes. but that was long ago when i was still a student in ukm. dont know how long it will take now laugh.gif

btw, im not working in kl. will go there once or twice a month for family outing. Can take mrt in the near future. much more convenient i guess
