Should be slightly further... but at least there's another option to consider...

Yeah 10km is good... for those taking KTM Komuter to KL Sentral, even nearer... UKM station...

Alam Sari to KTM UKM : 3km

Serene Heights - Alam Sari link to KTM UKM: should be less than 5km... no traffic should take 8mins or so

There are 2 places to park at ukm ktm station. The newly open parking space about 100m from the junction to GM which was completed last year. Another one is the old parking space belonging to ukm.

Mrt kajang has multistorey parking bays which is accesibale from jalan reko via a flyover connected directly to the elevated parking. U dont need to go to jalan bukit anymore to park at kajang station

Hi..I will be signing the SPA and loan agreement tomorrow (finally!) and since it is almost 99%confirm I will be a SH resident, just wondering what would be the best route with less toll from SH to Bukit jalil? Or would it be better and cost effective to take MRT instead?

Maybe using north south highway exit bukit mahkota. Another route is through alam sari and using bangi exit. Lekas for the time being not feasible because of the toll and jam. Not sure after this MRT implemented.

hi all...I've booked dahlia and now surveying loan. Did you applied loan thru bankers given by SA..or u looked for the loan yourselves? not sure what would be the differences.. Bank Islam offer corporate rates for my company, so would want to check it out..but SA dont deal with bank Islam and keep pushing me to deal with CIMB.
*
Can ask SA for list of panel banks. As many as 9 banks available. Unfortunately, bank islam is pretty slow response. So far, MBB n HLB fastest in response. got the best rate from Public Islamic Bank. Currently PBB having promotional rate. If you're looking for financing, should apply with PBB too.

Actually i hv signed my snp and loan agreement with MBB. Just curious, what is the rate offered by PBB? I didnt submit my docs to PBB since i was rushing to secure loan to get the additional rebates offered by uem. MBB offered me 4.25..
