call sps, confirm only 3 banks withdraw the DIBS, UOD, piblic and AMbank...

yes, sps stuff told me loan lawyer will contact us for specify time fram, can sign snp and loan agreement at the same time...if you all quite free, can go there and stay for whole day enjoy enjoy while waiting to sgn snp and loan agreement.

You should probably sign your LO (3 copies) before that. One copy you need to keep for your own and bring it to the WC on this Weekend.

i thought u oledy sign loan offer letter then the banker will only give u offer letter copy...

this weekend is to bring th offer letter to shwo to sp setia u secure a loan and able to buy the house, then u can proceed to sign snp and loan agreement..
loan offer letter and loan agreement is different ...u sign the loan offer letter mean u accept the loan then lawyer will proceed to prepare loan agreement for u to sign this weekend when sign snp together

u need to bring the loan offer letter during signing snp...

if u oledy sign offer letter for ambank, public bank and UOB wich not provide DIBS, maybe u should call sp setia now and ask detail how the things work out...i think mostly u need to pay interest by uself and claim back from sp setia..better call sp setia and ask now lo...

as we mentioned in our previous post, wait the solicitor to call you and inform your time slot for signing. If the documents are readily, you will get the call (before this Saturday). Dont worry.

u pay then sps reimburse, actually is same like DIBS la, just u need do more work which u need to pay 1st...i believe sps will use this method because now only 3 banks not offer this DIBS...and most probably they will not purposely come out other package like discount for those ppl accept loan from these 3 banks..

should be ok la, the lawyer is appointed by sp setia...

so this weekend just spent some relax time at welcome center la...look look see see on the show unit again, chit chat a while and have some refreshment..
