I din said setia eco hill no good ler. So far, based on the master plan . SEH is the best location in semenyih. Believe SEH 2 and EM as well. For sure very potential in future but need to consider others factor ( i mentioned in previous post) before decide allocation of cash flow and bank loan to tis area. Coz all of the factors will affect the timing.Market affordability and uncertain of economic really will affect the good ROI timing n sub sale transaction.
SEH will repeat setia alam history? House price yes. Timing!!! Really need to think abt it since no significant increase of household income after 2008 vs property price.
Current sub sale. Market value?. Yes still very good. Enquiry?. Yes but slow down. Real transaction? Yes but lesser.
Just reminded, good price is not enough. Investor needs real transaction. Paper gain still paper gain only.
Money come bk faster, roll faster, make money faster.
anyway, only my personal opinion.
