Coz tis is not new. A lot of developers do tis long time ago.
Such as Kota kemuning by Gamuda, started developing 15 yrs ago. All cable under ground and u won't c longkang.

Anyway, for investment not only consider the appreciation especially these few yrs.
Others factor such as RGPT, market affordability, bank loan, bank interest, crisis....
To be frank,
If the appreciation diff less the 10% between link house end lot n link semi d. Really need to think twice...
The property easier to let go maybe will be better choice. Longer u hold mean more worry. Paper gain still only paper gain.

Money not put inside the pocket still can not consider 100% make money... smile.gif

Correct, got holding power wil still be winner at the end but doesn't mean got holding power should go in any time
Example, bought house in yr 2006 and 2007 can not be considered is a right timing even though the property still make money after 2009.

Bought house in 2008, 2009 and 2010 really a good time.

So, Right timing with the strong cash n holding power. We can make more money instead of just buy the property any time as long as got holding power... sad.gif sad.gif

Whole sub sale market slow down not only setia alam.
Price stagnant is depend on supply vs demand instead of commercial start operated.
