I remember 1 day I went to Welcome centre there and it was quite windy. It was also the same when comes to booking day where many of us were there till 9pm. I hope next time it will still be the same when walk around the plot 1 and plot 2. The best is the view of the Broga hill. It was fantastic! smile.gif

Thanks Bro. Waiting for SMS from SP setia now. Actually, eager to see whether the materials used for Aquatilis and Pistia will be same as the other 4 types. Prior to booking, I checked with the SA and they said materials should be better hence the price is higher. I am not so sure about this as the higher price could be due to that fact that these 2 types were carried foward from phase 2 to phase 1.

Bro, fully agreed. Also, TTDI groove have appreciated till 600K for a 22x75. That is phase 1. If phase 2 the price lagi high. Same with nadayu 92 for a 22x65 unit, already reached 600K. Maybe cant fully compare with ecohill DSL becoz it has club house. GnG? Not entirely as some part also normal fencing only.

Still think ecohill will be good smile.gif

I remember SP setia boss said that the price in ecohill is 10% higher than the existing property there as its development came with conceptual living environment and infrastructures.
