Homeritz(5160) is a furniture company that have 3 years constantly increase in revenue, EPS and also dividend.

In 2011 EPS=5.41sen Dividend= 1.65sen
In 2012 EPS=7.35sen Dividend = 3 sen
In 2013 EPS=7.56sen Dividend = 3.75sen (DY of 8% based on today closing price of 0.47sen)

The disadvantages of this stock is low liquidity due to high amount of share hold by the major shareholder.

As far as I can see, the major shareholder is pretty good with it cash flow. But anything can happen at anytime.
If u feel uncomfortable with it, just stay away from it

Nice work but why so hung up on dividends?

You need the profit growth in order for the dividends to grow.

If you just focus on dividends growth, you could fall into a company using leverage to increase dividends payout.

Homeritz itself has just released a very strong and impressive quarter.
That should a strong catalyst.

Ya.Agree.Cscenic is a good example with around 10% DY but their dividend is more than the EPS.
I think both is equally important. Different people have different style of playing but as long as can earn money, why bother so much??
