Homeritz(5160) is a furniture company that have 3 years constantly increase in revenue, EPS and also dividend.

In 2011 EPS=5.41sen Dividend= 1.65sen
In 2012 EPS=7.35sen Dividend = 3 sen
In 2013 EPS=7.56sen Dividend = 3.75sen (DY of 8% based on today closing price of 0.47sen)

The disadvantages of this stock is low liquidity due to high amount of share hold by the major shareholder.

As far as I can see, the major shareholder is pretty good with it cash flow. But anything can happen at anytime.

Ya.Agree.Cscenic is a good example with around 10% DY but their dividend is more than the EPS.
I think both is equally important. Different people have different style of playing but as long as can earn money, why bother so much?? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
