See the 70-72 sen (around there) range early last month?

When the stock moved past that range, I see it as a breakout.
And generally, in most breakout (there are exceptions), you really want to sit tight leh.
And normally, stock don't breakout for 5% or 10% movement.
Usually, there is more upside....

And as you know me long enough, you know I don't ever believe in taking profit just for the sake of taking profit. tongue.gif

That's the chart I am seeing.

See TA, it walk car when it was 58 sen or 59 sen.

See?

Then it stopped.

Around the 70 sen range I was talking about.

It went no where for many days...

See?

What would some call it?

Consolidating at 'top'?

Or it hit a strong wall? Strong resistance?

Then it made a small solid movement on Friday. Closed at 74 sen.
Is that the breakout?

( If that's the breakout, then what happen to that strong resistance at 70-72 sen? Would it not be a support then? )

Then came the strong movement on Monday....
Is that or is that not the BREAKOUT?

Monday closed at 77 sen.

Breakout point? 72 sen ah?

Look at the volume.
Strong buying interest or strong selling interest? rolleyes.gif

Now if I have the stock I would think and ask myself...
If strong hand push the stock and breakout of the strong 70-72 sen region, would they seriously be happy with just a 5 sen movement?
If not wrong, then more upside is possible, right?
Why sell at 77 sen, when the game looks just started again?

So why don't I be more patient and wait?

There's a saying, the big money is always in the waiting. whistling.gif

Weakness got a lot of meaning one. tongue.gif
Some weakness can snowball into big wok. sweat.gif

Seriously, say if I am not in the stock, I 'guess' it's much better to just wait and see how the uptrend unfolds and then watch how the stock consolidate.
When you feel comfortable enough, like you see the general profit taking well absorbed and the stock holding firm, and you like what you see... then...

But seriously... there's no sure thing in trading.
What you expect the chart to do and what the stock actually does could be entirely different.
