What if chicken breasts is the only meat option in my diet , and most fats come from nuts and eggs . I'm an endomorph , can it works ? out of budget for other kind of meat . and roughly 700g of chicken breast for my current diet for my 2600 cal diet .

Yeah, definitely works. Chicken and egg. Get some variety from things like tofu, long beans, and dhaal.

those i will just randomly pick from economic rice shop near by , i didn't have that much time to cook veges daily sad.gif

Just boil your chicken and veggies (broccoli for me) in one pot the night before. No salt or any additives required. It takes less than 15 mins. Simple and damn nutritious.

If you want, boil your eggs together with the chicken. Make sure you wash the eggs beforehand.

drumstick is the most delicious. can experiment with drumstick and see if your weight drop. if not, replace with chicken breast

It Works. No doubt with it. try to reach more Fish . Shark meat quite cheap actually.
