for computer parts is 0% now wor..

as for other electronics.. 10% is based on importer cost
6% is based on end selling price.

depend on profit margin of middleman maybe the 6% one not really cheaper wor..

isnt this normal? first owner hard to buy their first house.. even 50years ago until before these fancy dibs/freespa things.. not easy for first owner to own 1 house.
