you can read about the famine thing here http://www.skiplacour.com/frequent-meals.htm and http://www.ironmanmagazine.com/archive/ind...22&page_count=1

pretty much the same thing, but have different stuff along with it, if you're lazy to read through the thing,

"The human body's famine-defense mechanism, or what it does to slow down the metabolism in the event that there's a long period of time without food, is to hold on to a safety reserve of bodyfat and conserve energy. If you can speed up your metabolism, your body will become conditioned to lower bodyfat levels, which in effect shuts down the famine-defense mechanism. Think of your body telling itself, "I get fed so well and consistently, I don't need to carry around this extra bodyfat. I won't ever need it!""- http://www.ironmanmagazine.com

Germany lacking lethal striker(s)

They had many chances but firing blanks; players did not even look at the goal post.

They just kicked it blindly.

Kroos were meticulous thumbsup.gif

Timo did well on the left.

Kimmich did well on the right.

πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ Germany 2-1 πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ Sweden ⚽️ @ToniKroos πŸ‘Š

10 men Germany; Boateng red carded after 2 yellows.

'Never write off the Germans until the final whistle'

Seems that the ITV pundits forgot that quote.

Eating 6 times a day is constantly preached by bodybuilders. In fact, bodybuilders are the one who came up with this protocol. Osama bin Bodybuilding might wanna stay away from that advice.

yup.
me too did a lot of mistakes.

I was..was 85kg 8 years ago.
With less eating and more exercise...down to 75kg.
Then 67kg..the best.
Just simply joging..maybe if went to the gym and weight
lifting a bit can get better results.

I guess differ people, differ metabolism.
I just need to diet all the time...if not...easily gain weight.
Maybe stop rice eating forever..hopefully.
But Malaysian right? Rice has been forever menu.

the fat that cushions your internal organs are visceral fat. the spare tyres around your waist are subcutaneous fat.

Subcutaneous fat are under the skin.

Visceral fat are in between your internal organs.

It is very hard to lose visceral fat, but visceral fat won't cause spare tyres. Only a bulging gut. Cutting bodyfat down to 8% usually gets rid of your spare tyre. Unless you're so genetically cursed that all fat accumulation only goes to your waist and no other bodypart.

This is a message brought to you by your friendly neighbourhood bodybuilder. Osama bin Bodybuilding might want to skip this post.
