huhuhu! i apply Maybank 2 card Amex before. the approval is not easily approved, I believe that Maybank is too str8. already... You need to have very strong financial document support...

i just call the CS they also mentioned it's confirmed today is the last day, if the posting date falls on tomorrow then it's 1%, anyway they gave this number 03-27119177 for those who wish to fax over to cancel their auto-debit, it takes 3 working days to process.

I presume the autodebit is only if request from OCBC previously? Those that was signed with the service provider will have to go through with service provider for the cancellation or can go through with OCBC as well?
*
yes this is for those that signed up with OCBC Paymaster

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Dec 1 2013, 04:41 PM)
It's a situation where they do massive acquisition drives which will initially result in losses to them. Then after they achieve their target numbers, they will have to stop the promotion in order to stop incurring losses. This is a normal strategy, not just for banks that are promoting credit cards, but also for memberships drives, subscription for telco services and so on.

Honestly, it's a pretty dumb cycle. They will start seeing their number of subscribers/customers drop and when it is too low, they will start a new acquisition drive with a new promotion.
*
yeah i think OCBC will start new cards when their customers drops too low instead of revamping this card

I just published a brief review of the once again revamped OCBC Titanium MasterCard.

In my opinion, the OCBC TMC is a pretty good Entry Level Card for those who need it for emergency cases only since it is FREE FOR LIFE  rclxms.gif

Logged in to my account today to view my statement dated 12th Dec and saw that I received Rm49.xx CB for the old CB calculation before 29th Nov and Rm6.xx for the new unlimited 1% CB.
Received the same letter of upgrade to World MasterCard for 1.2% CB but only first year annual fee waiver. Do you think it is worth to pay next year annual fee just for 0.2% extra CB ?

just get yourself another card
