Local resellers claim warranty have to claim from Apple SG, thats why it takes 2 weeks. MidValley's Machine is a retail shop ONLY, they don't have an online store, they don't do delivery. They're not Apple.
If you want Apple's top notch service, buy from their online store. They'll send DHL to pick up your iPad and deliver you a new one.
not only Apple, most hardware warranty processes are top notch in Singapore even with distributors - normal a one-to-one swap on the spot if the distro has buffer stock.
Btw, cannot stand the IOS - trying to download my Spotify premium to Ipad Air but it keep giving a message saying the Ipad is idling, so sync stop.

Have to keep the screen on while waiting for the 100+ songs to be downloaded.

No such problem with Spotify on my Android devices.

Everything run nicely in the background.
