New note 3 user report in...

Just face a problem for connecting Wifi at public place such as mamak store. Keep showing " authentication error occur" , but i can connect at my office unifi, mobile hotspot... anyone face same issue? Google searched n i found it seem a common issue for samsung... Pls assist~ sifu~~~

thx for reply... i think not password problem.. i tried in 3 different public place, mamak oso the same problem. google search its a known issue for samsung phone... but...i found no solution... = =

Hi bro, maybe u can just try to go to setting/language, change to chinese. Then check it see see...later can change it back to english language .... duno its work or not...

Hey guys, need help... i cant connect to the mobile data after i switch off wifi / out of the wifi signal area... sometime reboot/on off airplane mode/switch mobile mode to wcdma will help but sometime it didn't. Any idea? Its really annoying...
