I'm not sure if i understand this line as well:

DO NOTE TAKE OTA UPDATES OR UPDATE WITH STOCK ODIN FILES THAT CONTAIN BOOTLOADER UPDATES!!

1) Malaysian one did not wipe. others dunno, it depends on the rom
2) if you take OTA or flash newer version of rom MJ3 and onwards that contains the BOOTLOADER, this method will trip knox. You need to keep being on the older bootloader.
I didn't try the pc method cos at that time my usb cable not around.  Just type type on terminal and done.
