tested the EX last week at dealer, love the handling & features
was first choice replacement car for my wife to get the GT variant
but was put off by having the last pre-reg 2019 unit, color can't choose also, and no more GT variant
so went to other principal KIA showroom, and OMG... it's like a haunted office, no one at the counter, standing at entrance few minutes no one soul to come attend me, I think if I go cabut their PC at counter and run away also no one knows, managed to find their showroom up stair, it's dark & dim, & dusty, then from a dark corner a SA show up like a ghost, asked him about Picanto GT, told me it's hold up in the port, I can try to place order, but no discounts, no offers, no confirmation whatsoever... WTF...
really got put off by this principal KIA 3S center, no way I'm buying a car with this type of after sales center

I'm looking at Kia Malaysia's facebook now. Got a number of complaints about the spare parts waiting time is too long. There was a guy who had to wait 3 months just to receive his spare parts.

I wanna ask other owners here what their experience is like regarding spare part waiting time. I'm considering a Kia Picanto, but these comments are really frightening.

Any difference? In terms of mileage, power or consumption.

Since now petrol price is low, feel like trying.

Try for fun and placebo effect. Otherwise no benefit in term of the parameters you mentioned.

I have a cerato and it's the best car I driven in that segment. Pains when people still believe in Kia cars having zero spare parts (we aren't in 2010) and bad RV. (I buy car to drive and use not to sell)

Anyone Picanto's radio changes channel itself automatically? I sent my car to Kia PJ Red Cube, they told me that my radio has no probelm at all as all Picanto is facing this issue. Even if they change a new radio for me, the problem still exist... Is this true? My Picanto is 2018 model 

No such issue on my wife’s Picanto... also 2018 model.
