Recommendations what software can check pc watt usage?

anyone knows that what software can check pc watt usage?
my psu only have 230w only,and i have 2 hard disk,1 cd drive,and some fans,
and also my monitor power is from psu,
so may cause insufficient power to pc.
i need a software that can check pc watt usage,
anyone knows about it?
Here my pc specifications:
P4 2.8Ghz motherboard MSI P4MAM-V 2 stick DDR ram(total 768mb) 2 hard disk 1 cd drive 2 small fan Win xp pro monitor is samsung LCD 153v
I don't have graphics card attach to agp slot(i use on-board graphics),and no PCI card.

Use google to search for a the calculator site.....enter all ur hardware info into the site and they'l calculate the max power consumption for ur pc.

No. There are no software that can read power consumption directly from your computer. As suggested, you may try those calculators that estimates the power consumption. From what you've so far posted, I can see that you may face instability problems. You have 2 HDDs and you monitor drinks the juice from your PSU. But there is no processor information. And is your monitor a CRT monitor? Perhaps you want to post your computer specifications for the forumers to advise.

your monitor doesn't eat your PSU's juice la. the monitor just tumpang power supply, which is a parallel connection.
does your kitchen's light eat your living room's light juice?

230w? is that from a chapalang psu or wut? if it is.. then go get a better one lah..
normally a chapalang psu will state the max/peak power.. but the actual power is significantly much less than that..
