If it's 1/6 scale, it's almost certain 100% that she can be fully stripped, if u r concerned about the glorious sight of neko-chan.
Look carefully on every girl figure's hips/thighs, or underwear. If the thighs have metal rings or maybe a belt, a bandage, etc... anything that can be used to conceal the seam lines used to remove the legs (in order to remove the pantsu), then, bingo.

Or else, maybe the pantsu has a peg at the side (like my Saeki Ai) which is used to remove her pantsu - this one is harder to spot, but if the figure is 1/6 then i guess you should worry less. So far T2 Arts' by Skytube, there is one or two 1/8 scales which is not fully castoff-able, but the 1.6 ones are definitely strippable.

I guess im okay with certain Skytube figures which i like but not ending up in my possession given they dun add in the butthole. Im not gonna display my figure fully stripped, so by theory it isn't an issue, but i'd feel more assured and happy if they are there, because i know that they are there even though i cant see it without removing the pantsu.

Shouldnt cost much if he ordered it via GSC On9. I got mine for only RM 270 back in August.
It's only after release/after market price that it might go up.

I really didnt expect her price to go high (She's a pretty generic figure to me, but other people might see her differently).
She was just released in November, not that long ago - barely a month. Her actual international release was November; for me i simply got the first batch (WonFes Summer batch) earlier months ago at CJC in Penang.

lelong.com.my also got quite a few sellers selling it, but the length is rather long, from what i remember.
