as much as blizz try to make all talents viable, there are still those annoying "must take talents" and in some cases it'll even break a hero if you're not going with such talent.

in my own experience would be valla, i was having some really bad losing streaks (like 5 games?) with her until i figured her out

1st talent
vault fucking gives hatred stacks LOL
hungering/multishot easily gives few stacks on amount of enemies hit.

3rd talent
perma speed boost is nice

heroic talent
strafe is nice and all, but WAAAAYYY too many ways to disable valla in any competent match up and you just wasted a heroic slot.

5th talent
discipline stacks depletes first before hatred LOL!
so... yea.

also since valla is toufu level, having perma health leech is nice.

last talent
imho rov is just a filler, and when it cools i just use accordingly.
she shines more having extreme dps against ANY situation (siege or hero) and the 20% added range to prevent takedowns in the later stage (duh level 20) is even more crucial in staying alive and dishing out more dps.
after all, you deal 0 dps being dead

the talents i listed, changing them would render her quite... challenging imho lol.

Seems alot harder to find a game in America (SG) compared to Asia (TW) server.

But 60% of the players don't understand english on Asia server.
Playing America region casually.

the latency not as bad so most of the people i know will take america server

Lol or all 4 assassins one specialist and no tank/support while the other team has a balanced team of tank, dps, and healer. T.T

Actually what I dont like about hots is the profanity filter

you can actually disable the filter from the options.

Pretty normal in QM. I always the lucky 1, can say lost 4-5 match straight cos' of this kind of 'BALANCED' Team *Early game can kill as many hero as possible, then rest gg*
