Whatever methods are shoved into your throat, remember that there are no SHORTCUTS to losing weight AND keeping it. Lots of shortcuts that will get you losing weight for the first few weeks and then it lose it's effectiveness.
The tried and true method is still back to basics of proper exercise and diet. You can consume along one or two supplements that are known to be effective but don't rely on them. They never will work alone.
Also remember DISCIPLINE is very important. Like going to the gym threee times a week, which is hard. Best way is to look for some exercise buddy. Mix with friends who eat healthy and exercise. Join gangs who does workout. If you don't like gym or don't want to spend too much then try jogging. Totally cheapest way to losing weight.
Learn about things like shaping and toning the body. Got for diets that are not too extreme. You can still eat food that you like but just keep them to minimum. For example, fried chicken is your favourite. Perhaps you can set weekly goals and if you hit them, you can enjoy a fried chicken for one meal. No need to suffer like 1 month to loose 10kg. I would rather you enjoy the exercise and meals and loose 10kg in 6 months. Cause when you are happy doing those things you will continue to do it forever which will effectively reduce you weight and keep it reduced.
