i have graduated from Shaun T's insanity lately and just started his new Focus T25! Really like it and it claims to see result in 10 weeks. this is his new high intensity 1 hour workout that is squeezed into 25 mins with no break in between. Just 25mins per day for 5 days a week!

just to add another healthy habit: juicing
try granny smith green apple + celery then add carrots, kale, cucumber & a slice of lemon.. dont add sugar or any other stuff, but some ice cubes will do no harm try this daily for a year & i'm sure you'll reccomend it to others as well.. |

Breakfash = Eat oats / yogurt / fruit or nuts porridge Lunch = Less rice + 1 chicken (No beef or any kind of red meat) + 1 vege / chicken salad sandwich Dinner = Salad + 1 fish / Pasta + salad + tomato + tuna / lean turkey sandwich Drink lots of water, 1 cup of coffee (black) is ok. No nasi lemak / roti canai / KFCs / McD / etc Remember to exercise and rest. Its tough but hey, if you're disciplined, you can achieve weight loss without diet pills / starvation. |

get out of the house and start exercise! plus. it'll be fun to be able to workout with ppl with the same fitness goal as u. try looking for zumba, body combat, bootcamp, etc on9 and u'll be able to find some.
on top of that clean diet also helps. the wonder pills all those, nahhhh, |

Please steer away from weight loss products. There is no magic supplement or pill which can aid weight loss. Its determination and motivation what helps you lose weight.
I am a weight loss coach and my advise to you is try to cut down the unhealthy foods while replacing them with a more natural option. Including some daily exercise routine will help shed off those layers of fats quicker. A great body is built in the kitchen. Try to limit eating at restaurants for 2 weeks and you will see how much better you feel when you see yourself losing weight too. |

Whatever methods are shoved into your throat, remember that there are no SHORTCUTS to losing weight AND keeping it. Lots of shortcuts that will get you losing weight for the first few weeks and then it lose it's effectiveness. The tried and true method is still back to basics of proper exercise and diet. You can consume along one or two supplements that are known to be effective but don't rely on them. They never will work alone. Also remember DISCIPLINE is very important. Like going to the gym threee times a week, which is hard. Best way is to look for some exercise buddy. Mix with friends who eat healthy and exercise. Join gangs who does workout. If you don't like gym or don't want to spend too much then try jogging. Totally cheapest way to losing weight. Learn about things like shaping and toning the body. Got for diets that are not too extreme. You can still eat food that you like but just keep them to minimum. For example, fried chicken is your favourite. Perhaps you can set weekly goals and if you hit them, you can enjoy a fried chicken for one meal. No need to suffer like 1 month to loose 10kg. I would rather you enjoy the exercise and meals and loose 10kg in 6 months. Cause when you are happy doing those things you will continue to do it forever which will effectively reduce you weight and keep it reduced. Good luck and hope you get the body you desire. hi. i recently surveying HCG diet plan. After reading all the reviews, i think can give it a try to lose weight in 40 days. but of course, we have to eat only 500 calories per day for this plan, that's will be the hardest part for me.
