should we (DSL owners) request for the form (fence wall) at WC or it will be provided automatically during the SPA signing day?

QUOTE(darween13 @ Oct 18 2013, 05:50 PM) Possible, because i met the PBB banker earlier today, even my purchase price RM1m, they can only offer BLR-2.4%, PBB dont want to enter price war. in fact, they offer blr-2.2, after appeal then only get blr-2.3. This is the best what pbb can offer to me wo.. And their credit not so flexible. I still submit see how it goes. |

anyway, i am going to accept my loan offer, called up the WC office, they asked my banker courier the offer letter to the solicitor stated in the booking form. Make another fotocopy for my own references, and then bring it together during the SPA signing day.

hi all, may i ask, what is the next procedure after signing the bank loan offer letter? I had been informed that the solicitor stated in my booking form is not listed in one of the pbb bank panel lists. Called up the WC but they said need time to investigate, and then change the solicitor for DSL owners (pbb bank loan). Walaoooo...zzzz

QUOTE(darween13 @ Oct 21 2013, 10:58 AM) I advice you try other banks in the meantime, PBB is quite strict when it comes to loan. I commented on PBB loan earlier - they dont enter price war, so max is -2.4% even for Semi-D. ya, tried 5 five banks but only pbb offer my so far. Other banks still no sound. I told the banker to just process, see how it goes. |

QUOTE(Seremban_Guy123 @ Oct 23 2013, 09:53 AM) based on my last conversation, it should be bring together with you during the SPA signing day. Your banker should deal with their lawyer firm, stated in your booking form. |

QUOTE(divingfaces @ Oct 23 2013, 10:06 PM) i think it doesn't really difficult to make your choice. After all, it is depends on your cash flow. If you think you might have extra money to pay every single installment, then you opt for flexi, else, semi-flexi will do. No need to waste the set-up processing fees and monthly rm10 for the whole loan tenure. |
