Exactly, if you know that you only going to pay excess once a year - like me, when i either dump my annual bonus or EPF 2 money in future, I will opt for Semi Flexi and just take up a CA with that bank for convenience purposes. It all depends on your cash flow as Bro Vislai says.

haha..same thought here. thumbup.gif Only able to pay extra once a while. Don't have too much extra cash to pay every month la. tongue.gif

+1

I just rechecked my loan application form, its 30 years. HLB only offer 30 years - not much impact compared to 35 years, the difference is about RM300 - huge money in long run as I could save approx. RM200k in interest. So, still proceed with loan. And will cherry pick later.
*
My HLB banker tell the same when i apply, maximum 30 years although you are young (<30 years old) shocking.gif

Loan from CIMB for the DSL approved. Full flexi, blr - 2.40, 3 years lock in from first drawdown, RM 200 setup fee and RM 10 monthly maintenance fees, no MRTA.

Still waiting the RHB.. aiyoyo.

Anyone can get -2.45 for the DSL?  icon_question.gif
*
i think for DSL, the loan amount is less than 500k, blr-2.4 is the best rate already. I received the same offer from cimb. biggrin.gif

I was informed by the banker from Alliance, offering BLR -2.45, 3 yrs lock in period from first draw down for DSL.
*
is it? Probably yours unit is Aquatilis, price over 520k above, that's why you can get extra blr-0.05. Mine best rate so far is blr- 2.40 whistling.gif

DIBS will be abolished for new launches, existing launches should not be affected; should it affect our purchase, some sort of rebate will be given to compensate the loss in DIBS.
Be patient Bro Aquitilis. Jangan gan jiong.

Should be around 4-ish bro; lepas sembahyang Jumaat, dapat restu, nanti bersidanglah. But, very brief usually, they only debate the key points.
Should be another sucky one - but with GST and Prop market cooling measures to be implemented; interesting to see what sort of incentives will be offered for working class citizens.

The hot property is already sold out and if you still intend to buy you can register first with the developer for future launch and hopefully you can get early bird or sms or email from the developer same like Setia Eco Hill project. Sometimes you can't control your emotion when leng lui ask you to buy this and there..haha..buy property is not like buying vegetable bro...

about the lenglui u've mentioned, how attractive are they? hahahaha... drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif

Morning neighbours!
Finally, I had covered the 8 pages that I missed during the weekend - and replied wherever I saw fit.
You guys were really active over the weekend.  notworthy.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif

By the way, i plan to sign my LO today. Can you guys help to give some opinion which offer to take:

b. Hong Leong, blr -2.4, semi flexi, 89% loan margin, no set up fees, no monthly maintenance, no current account, 35 tenure, optional renovation fees RM94k (interest follow market rate after VP).
