Got the email reply from sps, for the DSL phase, sps will built the guard house on their cost, brick wall type similiar like the guard house that built beside the welcome center.

Sps will provide a letter for us to sign during sign snp and this letter will become the formal letter that sent to local authority to get approval to bu to built the fence by sps on their own cost, need at least 85% buyers sign on this....

don't u guys realize developer and government are very concentrate to develop this southern part of kl/selangor...

MRT, highways, townships mostly cover on this kajang/semenyih area...

i got some insider news that this is because of our former PM, Tun M idea...

he wants to develop this south part area to link together with his putrajaya/cyberjaya and sepang KLIA area, so this part can be one of the self contain tonwship in future...

U mean the country height project? So far no heard any thing on that part of semenyih....

Normally only GLC like sp setia , sime darby, ttdi will easilly get approval to built the link to highways....

So if u wan to go for semeyih area, eco hill part will be safe bet...that's why ecoworld will only launch eco garden after eco hill....they just wait sps materialize the access link to lekas, then they can launch the luxury eco garden, this eco garden will become like desa park city concept....sure will bring spill over effect to seh...

ya, sorry my typo error, should be country garden,, view this today on MAPEX..very nice concept...if can deliver as what they shown, should be another luxury area..just the access road not as good as seti eco hill, because no matter how still need to pass thru the jln semenyih area...

haha...maybe busy to call sp setia to cancel the unit...

i just talked to SA at mapex...they said because the DIBS news is not so clear when during announced on last friday, but belive is start from 1st of Jan 2014...if setia eco hill have to cancle on this DIBS, management will come out some sort of rebate programe..so no worry...
