In my opinion, the issue now is not whether SPS wants to continue DIBS but rather the end financiers want to collaborate with developer. Budget announcement made it very clear "financial institution not to provide final funding to developers who are offering DIBS".

Went to Mapex just now n spoke to some SPS staff, they expect some flippers will drop their units. This is a good news for those under waiting list who want to buy for own stay.

I will proceed with my purchase even without dibs. How about the rest?

I do believe some staff will join but do they have so many vacancies? There r only 2 projects launched by Eco world so far. I foresee they may launch another 2-3 more next year if market sentiment remain robust. Otherwise no point importing so many staff.

SPS has some many projects on going n for sure they need staff to run. Sime Darby n Inp have done good job so far. To certain extent their product spec is better off than SPS. What SPS edged them is township planning n concept

To me the success of Setia alam is because of 1 simple factor, SPS built a Setia alam-NKVE link. I dare to bet Setia alam will be a dead township if without this link.

The different between SPS with other developers is they not only build houses but also think of giving good infra to residents. That's why I believe ecohill will be a success township in future.

If SUNWAY willing to spend money on infra by providing direct link to lekas, this township would have already boomed.

I m just a house buyer. Who is bigger than who is irrelevant to me. But it may be important to u as staff of SPS or soon to be Eco world.

Nkve needs to connect to federal/ sprint highway to reach PJ. All highway built is just to smoothen the traffic n won't provide direct link to specific person destination.

I personally find nothing wrong with lekas link to silk/ grand saga at least it provide alternative route for semenyih folk to KL. Same goes to Setia alam, which people there can choose federal highway via jln Meru n Bukit raja.

Their mansion only priced at RM1.0 mil, which is same price with Merrum semi dee at ecohill.

CG whole development is only 270 acres as compared to ecohill 700 acres.

I would choose to buy CG if my biz is at semenyih area who does not follow 9am to 6pm schedule. I would choose ecohill if my work is located at Kajang, Cheras, kl. My friend took 45 mins to reach his workplace in Kajang from semenyih every morning
