seminyih is different with setia alam that setia alam near to klang, shah alam as well as rich people willing to travel to pj kl to works.
i remember sunway seminyih very good concept last time but not perform for very long period. my ex boss regrard that better buy putra height than already bought there.
To me the success of Setia alam is because of 1 simple factor, SPS built a Setia alam-NKVE link. I dare to bet Setia alam will be a dead township if without this link.
The different between SPS with other developers is they not only build houses but also think of giving good infra to residents. That's why I believe ecohill will be a success township in future.
If SUNWAY willing to spend money on infra by providing direct link to lekas, this township would have already boomed.
