Only can use in caring pharmacy within supermarket? How many % off? My pharmacy is a small shop in Penang but their price is normally cheaper than big chain pharmacies. I guess there's no any card available for small pharmacy store right?
*
because if the pharmacy is parked under 'grocery', then your card will earn you cash back, i.e. AMEX Card 2, or other cards that offers cashback with grocery.

unless the small pharmacy you mentioned accepts amex 5%+5xtp, otherwise, your other choices may be aeon watami for 3% or ocbc ge 1% or hlb essential 1%.

for him to buy 10K per month pharmacy goods, I am assuming he is eligible for MBB Visa Signature, that offers 5% cashback for groceries, up to RM88 per month cap.

A new credit card from hong leong bank (I'm Card).

https://www.hlb.com.my/main/personal/cards/im-card

Enjoy annual fee waived for life

You can have all the fun you want because there’s no yearly fee at all!

Save on Overseas Transaction Mark-Up

No mark-up will be charged when you spend overseas

Still wonder what is no mark-up refer above?

noticed that last week.

Kinda like, no frills, no benefits. Just a credit card.

Guys, i've won a cashback from BSN Credit Card. I won RM25k and the money credited into my credit card. My card limit is RM5k. Means that my card now is -RM30k.

1) Can i withdraw the money through Cash Advance? Is there any daily interest apply?
2) How can i transfer the money into any debit account or ASB/Tabung Haji or fixed deposit or public mutual?
3) What should i do? Buying a gold and sell it later when the price hike? Or can i pay the downpayment for a house?

I'm thinking of buying a house..help me sifu..sad.gif(

I am actually interested to know if you have tried to contact the bank to request for excess payment to be transferred to your deposit account. There is no harm trying.

that is if you failed the dispute, the max to pay capped at RM250. check again with the bank/BNM, you will get a better answer.
*
RM250 is in the case of a fraudulent, right, ie. the card is safely with you, but some transactions were performed.

In your case, it's lost and not reported... finger crossed.

Can I use dividend income from asnb as part of my monthly income in applying for the 3rd credit card? Just curious...
*
if your dividends are received every month and reflected into your income tax (EA form), there is a chance you can.
however, recently I've learned that the bank thinks that EA form is not a reliable supporting document for proving you have a steady income (as opposed to salary slips).

Hi, if my rental income is banked into Maybank ( but they use cash deposit or some times just transfer ) for the past 2 years for 1 of my property, can it be considered as source of income as well?

I did not disclose it in my EA form yet this year as it's my 1st year being employed with taxable income.
*
I don't think so.

QUOTE(fuelsave @ May 12 2015, 02:14 PM)
just an enquiry on balance transfer and 0% interest/management fee

1. I have MBB card with credit balance of RM10,000 , can i apply for Aeon credit card to balance transfer RM10,000 (for 6 months at 0% interest and no transfer fee?) If I wanted more money, can I transfer RM15,000 instead and then the balance RM5k to withdraw from MBB card seperately?

2. CC like Publicbank has PB Flexipay plan(https://www.pbebank.com/Personal-Banking/Promo/Promo/PB-Flexipay-Plan-(1).aspx) 12 months 0% interest, instead of the above, wouldn't it be easier to "swipe" for the goods for RM10k and get 0% interest for 12 mth installment from PBB?
*
If you have PB card, you can try to BT over at 0% for 6 months, without requiring bank statement.

Hi guys,
i am thinking of cancelling my stanchart credit card. However, this is the only card at the moment in my wallet which can pay IWK and cukai tanah Selangor and majlis perbandaran Nilai online?

Anyone know other credit cards which i can pay online to these 3 merchants? Please don't suggest M2U or Cimbclicks. these 2 sites only allow direct transfer from savings or current account.

i want to make payment from credit card, not savings account online!!!

Have you checked out POSOnline?

Yes, pos online can pay all, but then.................... there is an additional 1% to 2% extra charges for credit card.

i am trying ambank credit card, because i noticed standard chartered processed IWK, cukai tanah selangor payment through MBF gateway. So Ambank card might be able to pay for it online.
The thing with stanchart card is that this card is very hard to use, you need to plan upfront. And even if you hit and fulfill, the effective rebate from Just one is only 2.8% on total spending.
*
Does POSOnline accepts AMEX? or just Visa/Mastercard?

If AMEX is ok, I wouldn't mind pay 1-2% service charge.

Not sure whether anyone discuss on this before. Recently I applied for PBB VS. then I noted the cc give travel insurance coverage up to 150,0000 as long as you charge your air ticket under the cc. May I know any other cc offer such service ? It will make some different when I decide to buy air ticket as I will definitely use the cc that offer best complimentary insurance. (Although I know it has been discuss before that the insurance coverage is not complete ) my question is anyone know any other cc offer free insurance for travel?
*
Maybank VS offers RM2M coverage, I think.
And Amex Card 2, RM1M.

Ok.. Great... =)

Btw, how about applying new credit card? Is it possible to apply using foreign payslip or do I need to pledge fd?

If you are planning to use the card in foreign currency, best to apply the local cards to avoid Forex and even cross border fee.
