There such a lot of people start to move around here since last 3 years. I moved here on 2018 at one of UMLAND project here. So I can see such different for past 3 years. UMLAND take quite a few big lot and develop terrance house called albury1, albury2 , woodbury and latest project queensbury. Even bungalow lot also already developed a lot. It is a green and peaceful place I can said. During weekend, there a lot of outsider cyclist tour around and pass by since it connected to broga and lenggeng. It not an isolated area anymore because further far got lenggeng , broga and etc. There also a small commercial area just completed and maybe wait for CCC i believe since street light already on at night.

Yeah you right for bungalow, the issue are still there especially if you buy land + house construction. However if you bug land only, there is no issue i guess. It just house construction are too slow and paperwork stuff related.

No at all. we are save here. The only cons was to anyone who intend to live here should have a strong will in term of travelling to the job in daily basis + to avoid peak/rush hour traffic at batu9 or sg ramal. However those who work near nilai or seremban was the best to stay here.

Currently they are launching queensbury in here. Other than that, none
