Never heard of semenyih south.. dunno y need to brand it as semenyih south.. maybe same case as bangsar south.. could be beranang rename to semenyih..

Semenyih so Hot after Sp Setia launching the Setia Eco Hill.
maybe lion group will bring in Parkson to Semenyih.

So deceiving, looks like further, after Bayu Lakes.

CY, it is about 5-10km from SEH - not so far but no access to Lekas wo - so it is FAR.

They have plans to do an access road through Bdr Tasik Kesuma and straight to new SEH 2 exit. Then it will be near to LEKAS. But don't know whether this will happen or not.

Semenyih very hot liao, that's y they want to brand it as Semenyih South! haha

Wah. This property really far, until Kampung Beranang. If not mistaken, no bank exist in surrounding. This one is close to the banglo unit of the Pelangi Height by MKH, I suppose.

Even much further compare to Semenyih Parkland...

Macam Bukit Raja using setia alam link to NKVE, later semenyih south can use SEH link to lekas ma.

there will be more n more development along the LEKAS highway. Problem is as of now, there's limited exit to it.

if is enough traffic volume there will be a entrance or exit. Lekas will do it for free.
