Guys,
i am buying a land here. I visited this place 2 days ago. Not to be denied, yes it is kinda 10KM inside and the not much houses around as the owner purchased the land for investment and not to build their ream house. Well this is individual rights. Anyway, when i checked around there are already few house been occupied and at the same time there are developers building houses on this lands. Other than that, i went to the clubhouse and met the sales person. From the Q & A we had this project certainly will not be abandoned due to few logic's below:-

1) The area is well maintained
2) Staffs are hired by Lion Group of companies and they are there working
3) Houses after houses are being build
4) Mantin is next target area and not far from this place we would reach mantin town, seremban and nilai. This are major areas in NSDK.
5) Intervention of SP group of companies (if i am not mistaken on the name of the company) whereby there will be a cut through on the Lekas highway and this will be nearer fo BA residence.
6) from the Q & A they have got many government servants as buyers recently.
7) They had 2 future development areas in BA if you could see the BA plan picture. This project is started!

this might not happen soon but in less than 2 years chances of this place to be fully occupied is very high and taking consideration of the prices of current houses outside there i would say this place is 100 times way better and that is with our dream house.
