I bumped into this accidentally while reading HorribleSubs comment section. Pretty nice anime.

I think its a bit like Slam Dunk, where a newbie who keep on battling with his crazy stamina while the other prodigy were overshadowed by another, and lacking stamina.

Plenty of fun when watching Sakamichi response to all those compliments... kinda like Chopper in One Piece.
