Same concept as in FM13. Called agent fee. Just this time around the dev already include the fee price when the agent is offering his player. A good addition IMO.

the agent didn't offer, i just happen to scout him out. So if i manage to get the price of 7m from the club, then the total fee will be 7+5 =12m ?

separate matter: i manage to win/draw by using shouts and OI, but i struggle to score, cisse looks worse compare to fm 2013

Yepp that's the total fee u hv to pay. U sign him then ask ur player to sack his agent la i think i've read this new feature has been added into fm14.
