just curious, does manager punya gaji contribute to the wage bajet?? if i, as the club manager is getting 100k/week punya gaji, will that be included inside the overall team's wage budget together with the players'???

^ nice one mate. i dunno about you but i'm a very stingy fler. i'll make sure none of my staff get gaji more than 10k no matter how good their stats are. anymore than that and they're out. i can get in staff with gooding stats coupled with lower gaji. and that including myself.

and yea, stanciu is gooding + versatile. used him in one of my previous save. highly recomended, provided he not yet move to any of the big boys.

yeah..last season oso got so many 1st team player.. so some of them didnot play much..so they rant to get out.. then just sold them for lower price or terminate their contract..

i dont knw oso..maybe bcoz of my staffs, played him a lot..

last season, i play formation 4-1-2-3.. no striker ( persie too old, henriquez not perform yet and this season got luka ljordgevic and uji for my henriquez backup)
so i put stanciu as my trequesta in the middle.. and he really godlike in that position.. got top scorer and top assist for my club, not epl though. but he still got the most top player for epl

last season i got henriquez and persie only for striker.. jese & welbeck used in winger only.. tried them on striker but not gud enuff, maybe the formation & tactic not suitable for them.. so used no striker la mostly.. some time henriquez as striker oso..

u should try to used my formation without striker.. with kagawa, stanciu, munaian... jese,welbeck,janujaz as backup.. u'll suprise by the result..
especially when played against top team at their home

there is one strikerless tactic quite popular in fm base..over 300 pages liao..like christmas tree..

yea....still going strong leh that tactic. but sometimes it's good to try other tactics as well.

all those pariahs try the tactics using top teams wan ler. damn kenot trust wan sometimes. not all tactics are gooding oso. need to pandai2 trial & error riao. some sohai try tactic(s) using Real Madrid lar, Barca la, At. Madrid la... i'm like wtf Such big team(s), any tactic oso can win lar.. lagi mau try mat lan tactic sometimes quite bodo wan lar those flers.
