i had to restore my phone to factory setting coz of some probs n i had done backup into sd card...
after i restore it, my progress in d game is gone

nope, just to facebook..when i create a new profile n try to connect to fb, it mention dat my fb already associate with another profile (my previous 1) but i cant recover it back, just overwrite it..

Only via google acc (Android) or game centre (iOS)...if don't have sorry to say means dead end for that acc

my new profile is connected to google+, does dis mean my game is saved there? n i can play it normally? coz im goin to send my phone for warranty claim for some prob n maybe goin to claim new unit..hmm

Once linked via Google+ (a.k.a Game Center if for iOS), it is saved via cloud server. Hence once ur logged on to Google+ it will identify ur game.
ps: I only tried to synchronise from iOS to Android via the code (link devices under CoC settings). However I am still exploring Android OS with Google services

if for iOS just login to your game center, automatically retrieve the data. I think for Android OS you will need to login to Google +, before and after (should be the same process as iOS).
