How long will be take update the drink purchased on my account from CS?

Due to system down yesterday night in one of outlet, unable to use the member card, only cash is allow. The staff told that will help to call CS for update the drink purchased.

Yup, I know is for 3 selected drinks and until end of this month

But I do have using their app and nothing can be see there have buy 1 free 1 option or words

is it log in to the Account, and touch the button "touch to pay" and scan the bar code and entitled for this promotion??

Oh I see, but I thought all the ATM card now come together with debit card, can hold for only ATM card ??

How come the staff told me only 5 cards is allow to add within an account ??

But all the sub cards can be transfer to main card for payment right?

Main card = first card that you registered under this account
Sub cards = the subsequent cards

Total 3 stars
At least 1 star must be from promotion beverages
another 2 stars for non-promotion beverages

You can refer to phone's apps by log in your account

Have asked the staff whether I can get free drink or not if I buy new member card with reload RM50 by debit card. The staff told me cannot but only applicable for exiting member card for reload

I can reload to my exiting member card.

Reason why doing this is because I wanna collect the card and make a full transfer to the main card

But My drink on today is updated.

I checked my account immediately after purchased

I can see from my Apps that three stars have been updated.

went to inquiry that whether can redeem or not, but staff told me still need another 5 promotion drinks

Yesterday bought one promo drink and checked the apps, 1 drink has updated to another category which is not include on the main one

Quite confusion about this stars... and now only know that tall size of promo drink is not entitled as one count...
