The balance should be updated right the way I assumed.

Nope, never got it. Waited for a while but nothing happened. But there's notification indicating the money been deducted from my bank acc

I believe there's some transaction error at Starbucks side whereby the transaction is not captured by money has been deducted caused your balance is not updated. You may want to wait few more days for the money to get refunded. Otherwise, you should contact the Starbucks customer service.

You can use up to five(5) Starbucks card per transactions... so combine them to finish their balance.
OR better yet... keep for 12 months to reactivate the Birthday slice cake reward when you finish the remaining balance. Any balance is active for 3 years from last transaction date

it feels quite empty while ordering some fraps when the xmas-themed drinks are not available anymore..

The 15 drinks including 3 seasonal drinks. Now no more Christmas drinks so how to fulfill it the 3 seasonal drinks

And lets say I top up $10 to an zero balance card n pay balance by cash for a frap. Does it count as one of the 15 drinks?

Yes. As long as your card is being swiped, it'll be recognized as eligible grande.

How about the 3 seasonal drinks out of 15 requirement. Now don't have Christmas drinks anymore

starbucks at Ipoh, near sunway lost world of tambun , does not accept Amex card at the moment.

officer said it will be available soon, but could not give an exact date.

checked with the barista only christmas drinks can count as the 3 seasonal drinks out of the 15 grande drinks.

only few places have toffee nut fap and some finished the Christmas special drinks.

This is the card I got from London last week.

Poor British... they must reload ₤20 (around RM110) to get a free TALL drink.
And yet, registering a new card DOES NOT give you any free drink. I bought a tumbler there, NO free drink too. There's no buy 10 free 1 drink, the card is for Stars collecting that grant you a different level of priviledge like free add shot, free whipped cream and etc.
After all, our Malaysian version of Starbucks card seems to be a super vip status!

The most expensive Starbucks I think is in Switzerland (though I havent travel the whole world yet). A cup of Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato cost CHF8.30 (around RM30) each. Was stunned when I pay for the drink.
