The only frap I will order from SB is coffee frap
That is the most original and the best. It was the drink that make starbuck famous. After Starbuck get famous, only they come out with a wide variety of frap that we know today. |

The Americano taste quite bland lately even though requesting 3 shots.

I bought a drink using the starbucks card 3 days ago and the cake reward is still not appear until today.
 Wanted to call the 1300-80-8989 to complain but no one pick up the phone. How can I complain on this?! |

How long will be take update the drink purchased on my account from CS?
Due to system down yesterday night in one of outlet, unable to use the member card, only cash is allow. The staff told that will help to call CS for update the drink purchased. |
