The rom is updated practically every 1-2 days. I only update it every 7 to 10 days only. Do read the thread to see whether any major issues or advantages first. And is not necessary to wipe data during update. Remember to followup with gapps n elementalX kernel. You can select flash all these 3 together by choosing add more zip in twrp. First rom than gapps n last kernel

Easiest use CWM recovery or TWRP recovery. Install these first than just boot to recovery mode n select these files to flash. Google at N7 XDA thread how to install these

I have bought from superbuy many times. If they have stock on hand it is always send out the next day n I always get it a day later. It also depend on payment method as I always only use Maybank2u transfer. Credit card transactions might probably delay the delivery date further.
