I doubt Dawn of War 2 will be changed to Steamworks like Bioshock and Arkham games, as Retribution expansion has switched to Steamworks long time ago.
I think only Bioshock, Arkham games, Insanely Twisted Planet and Toy Soldiers are doing the switch.
Other games like Gotham City Imposters, Dawn of War 2, and F1 games had made the switch sometime ago.
