Can I borrow this thread?
I'm more or less same with threadstarter and dont have much tme for exercise as well. I planned to do some 1 hour of rod skipping a day to help me burn some calories. Anything more than that is beyond my body take. Will rod skipping help? I dont have time to go gym or jogging or anything of sorts. Pls give some comments. And what about drinking chinese tea? does it help as well?
What exactly is rod skipping?
I presume it's skipping right?
1 hour of skipping, now that's major calories burning, but can you actually manage to pull off 1 hour of skipping? I'd probabbly lose all feel of my legs for 3 days after that (happens after a squat session

)
There's an article about how to use the skipping rope. Like 5 minutes of normal speed, and then 30 seconds of very high intensity speeds and then 5 minutes of normal speeds then rest. And repeat for four or three sets. Roughly like that la.
