I got the card last week and spent rm500 for rm10.
I worry if my other purchase unable to post by 31 may, so i charge it to my younique. Next month will start to fully utilize it.

Just checked the MCC, apparently hotels, motel, resorts, wine and liquor stores are also included, apart from the usual dining restaurants and cafes.

This means the minimum spend of RM500 can be also allocated for dining category, so to enjoy 18.88% cashback you just need to spend RM500 to RM529.66 for dining, which is better than I thought.

I did a Instant Transfer from HLB to pay Stan Chart credit card on 24/7, yesterday check Stan Chart online banking don't see that transaction,  today 26/7 check Stan Chart online banking again only see it.

My card has approved around the time too

My 1st round transaction was 19 June of RM506 in STEAKS & LOBSTER, but didnt receive any cashback.

Yes, for my case. I spend less than RM500 before i swipe the dining at Jun 19. However, the total spend is more than RM500 after included the dining spend at Jun 19.
SCB confirm that I am not in the June winner list and they make a report for investigation and will revert to me in 3 working days.

I wonder even if they found I was actually eligible, will they still credit the cashback for me? I think since the winner list already there, there will be no more allowance for them.

you need to  spend extra rm500 (total spend rm1500 inclusive petrol and insurance) in order to qualify the 5%
the 5% is given to transaction which is not petrol and not insurance.

effective cashback is 3.33% for rm50 rebate on 1500 spend.

btw, SCB online banking can pay to most bill using CC, i think no need to use posonline which need to pay convenient fee.
