he is just trying to hold back the RM50 until you push to cancel. some PS agents will be very straight to the point one. maybe now more and more customers cancelling

You can send the termination request through the online banking portal too. You will receive SMS once the cancellation is successful.

i am not sure why you want to waste time anymore. Just send an email and cc to Bank negara for good measure.

Up to you. I never attach any photo. Remember to follow up until your card is finally terminated.

Yes, minimum spending to qualify for any rebate is RM500. NO cashback for any spending less than that amount.
