i have a check list here. certain info i don't understand, even my boss is unsure where to get it, been calling the immigration expatriate department for 2 days, but no one picks up the phone over there.
can this be done in negeri sembilan or does it have to be in putra jaya?
i also have question about no 6 and 7.
6. latest print out companies commission of malysia with e-info receipt attached (corporate information)
7. Recommendation letter from related agency *the agency listed are not related to what my company is doing, does that mean no 7 is not necessary?
any advice is appreciated.
thanks in advance.

#6 is your company registration info which can be obtained from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia(Company Commission of Malaysia). www.ssm-einfo.myAs for #7 recommendation does help your application to be process much sooner, just not so sure if it necessary. The thing is, it'll easier you proceed your inquiries in person at the local Immigration Office first rather than just call them.

Thank you for your reply MrssV,
I very much prefer to ask them face to face, but my situation is that i am based in seremban. I am aware that for processes like this would require me to go up and down a couple of times, that would not be the issue. I would just prefer not to make unnecessary travel and have myself "fully" prepared or close to fully.
Have u had any experience with expatriate application?
Thank you again for your time.
